This is the first eye massager that we have bought and we love it! It is fairly quiet and you only hear the air pump but it is not loud. We used the first setting which runs all of the settings. Heat, vibration, compression, Bluetooth. We did not use the Bluetooth but all of the other settings work fine. The unit heats up quickly to a comfortable temperature. We were surprised with the way it focused the pressure points and also included the temples. Hopefully it helps to alleviate the migraines. I think this is a great buy for anyone thinking of getting one.
